When Safelite came to my home to replace my windshield (after waiting a month to get them scheduled through USAA, they abandoned me after taking off my original windshield and refused to help before leaving. I called Collision Fix to come and take my car to a safe location, where they can replace the windshield. From the start, they were courteous and professional. They communicated with me my options throughout the entire process. The performed the work timely and even detailed my car. The only thing I would nitpick about is that the dash cam reinstallation was not centered. Otherwise, I would patronize them again and recommend them.

Marc and Collision Fix were recommended to me by industry professionals who only perform insurance repairs and I’m glad they did. My 2013 Lexus had clear coat peeling on the roof, dings on the door and a cracked windshield. To say it needed a little love would be a total understatement. Marc fixed it all and gave it a complete detail inside and out for a price that I’m sure would be impossible to find elsewhere this side of the border! My car looks and feels brand new! On my way out, I saw that he also does clay bar details for $125 for most cars when I’ve always paid more than $300 any time I’ve had it done in the past! I will definitely be back for that in the future and highly recomend his shop for any body repairs!

BEST PLACE IN SAN DIEGO!! My car had so many scratches to the point where some of the factory paint was coming off. Brought it to Collision Fix and Marc was kind enough to help me out and he explained everything so well. I felt confident leaving it in their hands. The end result was amazing and I am 100% satisfied. They even took it one step further and gave me complimentary detailing. Great customer service!! I recommend this place to anyone needing some body work done on their car.

Marc and his crew were great! They fully restored my 2000 Toyota Tundra into a brand new car again. They treated my rusted roof and fully painted my truck as well. Couldn’t be more happy with the result! They have great customer service! 10/10
